AMEND by deleting Lines 49 through 55 in their entirety.

AMEND FURTHER on Line 71 by striking the word "The" and inserting in lieu thereof the language "Except as provided in this section,"

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following language at the end of Line 74: "However, the filing of a petition by a charitable organization shall stay enforcement of a final decision of the commission regarding compliance with any commission rule or regulation requiring that a minimum percentage of adjusted gross receipts be devoted to the specific purposes for which the organization was created. Adjusted gross receipts shall be calculated by taking the organization's gross receipts (all revenues received from bingo operations) and subtracting the amount paid out as prizes and the amount of fees paid to the commission."

AMEND FURTHER the title on Lines 8 through 11 by deleting the following language: "TO PROVIDE THAT AN ORGANIZATION THAT CONDUCTS BINGO GAMES MUST DEVOTE AT LEAST FIFTY PERCENT OF ITS ADJUSTED GROSS RECEIPTS TO THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED;

AMEND FURTHER the title on Line 12 by striking the language "A FINAL DECISION" and inserting in lieu thereof the language "CERTAIN FINAL DECISIONS"
